Criminal mischief

A truck was reported damaged while parked in a gated area at 939 Chalmers Drive sometime between April 4 at 2:45 p.m., and April 5 at 9 a.m.

Grand theft

Several boat motors, totaling $28,500 in value, were reported stolen from a Walker’s Marine storage lot at 785 Bald Eagle Drive, sometime before April 8 at 10:43 p.m., a police report states.

Criminal mischief

Someone reportedly entered the outdoor chickee bar at the Snook Inn, 1215 Bald Eagle Drive, and damaged several coolers around 12:45 a.m., April 8, a police report states. The value of the damage was estimated at $1,500.

Disorderly intoxication

Timothy Eugene Nettles, 43, of 4929 S. Narcissus Ave., Broken Arrow, Okla., was arrested April 9 at 9:55 p.m., at 410 S. Collier Blvd., Eagles Nest Hotel.

Nettles was charged with disorderly intoxication after officers were called to the hotel on reports of a disturbance, a police report states. When officers arrived at the hotel, the allegedly found Nettles acting in an aggressive manner toward hotel security.

According to the report, the officers attempted to restrain Nettles, who allegedly resisted and smelled of alcohol. Officers took him to the Naples Jail Center, the report states.

DUI

Kelli Ann Runyon, 44, of 4475 Bristol Dr., Chesapeake Beach, Md., was arrested April 11 at 2:15 a.m., at 1000 N. Collier Blvd.

She was also charged with refusing to submit to a breath, blood or urine test, resisting an officer without violence, criminal mischief and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

An officer reportedly observed a vehicle strike landscaping materials as it entered a parking lot at 1000 N. Collier Blvd, and again when it backed up to park. The officer who made contact with the driver and occupants reported seeing them attempting to conceal items while the officer was approaching the car.

A records check allegedly revealed that Runyon’s license was suspended, having been revoked for a prior DUI and for driving while her license was revoked or suspended for failure to pay a traffic fine.

The officer reportedly observed open alcoholic beverages in the car. The officer also asked Runyon to submit to a field sobriety test, which she allegedly failed. After she was secured and placed in a patrol car, Runyon allegedly became hostile and damaged the rear window of the patrol car by kicking it, the report states.

The passengers were released at the scene and Runyon was taken to the Naples Jail Center.

Loitering or prowling

Vincent Pablo, 45, of 11 2nd Ave., Marco Island, and Jesus Ramirez, 25, of 96 Kirkwood Dr., Marco Island, were both arrested April 11 at 11:48 p.m., in the 800 block of Bald Eagle Drive.

Both men were charged with loitering or prowling after an officer allegedly reported seeing them riding their bikes near and standing at an open entrance gate to a Duane Thomas Construction lot.

When an officer attempted to approach the subjects, they allegedly fled. One was located hiding in the bushes outside the gate and the other was located a short time later by an officer in the area of Bald Eagle Drive and Windward Drive.

During questioning, one of the subjects allegedly provided officers with a false name. Both men were arrested and taken to the Naples Jail Center.
