Have you seen Olive & Well (www.oliveandwell.com)? I visited this shop in Oak Park, Illinois when I was visiting friends and the entire shop is devoted to bringing the finest oils and aged balsamics in the world to the plate. Oh my gosh was I surprised at how amazing their products were!! I couldn't believe how great the fresh stuff tastes. It is all on tap in the store. When I can't get to Oak Park, I buy all of my stuff from them on-line. Last holiday season everyone on my list got this and they all raved! Check it out.
